Here are some things to know before you begin the registration process:
Follow the steps below to access the DR Trade account registration page.
Below is a step by step guide to register yourself with the DR Trade application.
Client Registration Page
As you can see there are 4 sections on this page. Click on the below links to know more about the information required in the respective sections.
This section is for the company related details.
Registered As: If your company is registered as a Free Zone, or OEA (Authorized Economic Operator), or both, you can specify it in this field.

Service Provider: The service provider can be either of the following values, to be chosen from a drop-down list. In order to select multiple values, click on the sign to the right.
Location : Based on the Service provider chosen by you, the location drop-down list will be populated, and you can select a value. In case you want to select multiple locations, then click on the sign.
SP Name : The Service Provider Name is automatically populated based on the Service provider and Location. You will not be able to enter free text here.
Client Type : DR Trade allows different client types to register themselves, the options are available in this drop-down. If you want to register as multiple client types, then click on the sign.. Alternatively, in order to delete a row, click on the
sign.
For each Client type you will be asked to provide the values for relevant details, as shown in the screenshot below.
Code: The codes provided by the issuer (e.g. terminal operator) to various client types ( like shipping line, customs agent, trucking company etc.) after registration.
Please Note
If the client type is Trucking company, an additional section called Additional Details will appear, to get the Pool information.
Pool: For this field, select the trucking agent's name from the drop-down.
The admin is a representative of the company that you have registered in the first section. Provide all the necessary details of the admin who will access this account.
Important:
All communication will be sent to the email id that you enter in the Primary Email ID field. Confirm the primary email id again in the Confirm Email ID field.
Based on the client type selected the documents are displayed in the Attachments section. User should enter the details of the document in the respective field and upload the related document types which are mapped to the client types.

2- After entering all the mandatory fields, click on the Submit button to save the data.
A pop up window will display for the confirmation. Click the OK button.

Click the Reset button to clear all the data entered.
Click the Back button to go back to the login screen.
3- The success screen with the client and admin details is displayed.
4- Click the Search icon, to edit and cancel the registration before the activation.
5- Enter the Registration and Admin Email ID and click the Retrieve button to continue.
6-The status of the registration is displayed. Click the Registration ID link to view the details.
7- Click the Cancel button to cancel the request.
8- The confirmation message pop up window is displayed. Click the OK button.
9- Click the Edit button to modify the registration details.
10- Modify the respective fields and click the Submit button to save the changes.
11- The confirmation message pop up window is displayed. Click the OK button to confirm.
12- The below screen appears once the registration form is successfully submitted.
13- Once you've submitted the registration form and received the above confirmation message, you'll get an acknowledgement email from DR Trade. Kindly wait for the registration request to be approved.
Registration Acknowledgment email will be sent to the user in the below format:
Once the registration is approved, the user will receive an activation mail in the below format:
When the user clicks the Activate link provided in the email, the link will navigate to user activation page.
If you click on the URL, it also redirects you to the user activation page, same as above, but you have to enter the activation Id in the Activation Id field.
Enter all the fields, and follow the instructions for selecting a new password. Click on the Submit button and click OK on the confirmation popup.
Click the link click here to navigate to the DR Trade Sign In page. In the DR Trade Sign In page, enter the Username, Password and click the SIGN IN button.
After logging in the user will be redirected to the DR Trade home page as below.

Primary Email ID: is the email we send the account activation link to, as well as any other transaction related notifications.
Communication Email ID: is the email we send informational and other communications to.

Leader Line: is the main line in a service and is responsible to register the shipping service requests on DR Trade.
Partner Line: is a line that uses the same services created by leader lines.
The shipping service schedule is submitted as a long-term plan and specifies the lines and vessels participating in the service with some unconfirmed details of arrival and operations moves.
Shipping lines/agents need to confirm a vessel visit prior to vessel’s arrival and specify some details like vessel name, ETA, approximate number of moves
There are two voyage view types on DR Trade as follows
Pre-Login: it can be accessed by anyone without needing to have an account with DR Trade. This service offers limited voyage details.
Post Login: it can be accessed by clients who hold accounts with DR Trade. This service offers more details view to the voyage owner that the others who will have a limited access to details as in the pre-login.

This one-time service enables clients to sign up for DR Trade services; they need to provide company details, select client types, select services, upload required documents and submit the request.
